And the answer is no, we will not be watertight for Christmas! We are almost there. The sliding doors and “big” window are in.

A very exciting day today as the first of the windows and doors are being fitted. Will we be watertight for Christmas?

Most of the render boards are now in.

Now the building is (sort if) watertight, work can start on the inside. Not much has been done yet, but I have put in a temporary power supply and temporary lights.

The roof tiles are all on.

Lots going on since the last update. Battens are on ready for the render boards. Soffits and fascias have been completed. I have made some holes ready for the external electrics.
